Here's a few Pics of my Trans Am.
When bought it there had been an engine fire. The kid that owned it before had a glass fuel filter banging on the intake, only took a little while before that blew up! All of the computer controls had to be stripped and we put and HEI Distributor on along with an Edlebrock intake and Carb. It's a 305, 5 Speed, with a Posi rear end, not too much HP, but its a fun cruiser with the T-Tops off. |
very nice.
if I were you, I'd swap those headers out for some ceramic coated ones or stainless ones and maybe swap the alt pulley to clean things up in the bay a lil. |
It could really use a 350!
Up until last year it had to pass emissions testing on the dyno in MA, so it had to stay somewhat stock and I had to find an inspection station that was willing to help it out by slipping the clutch and keeping the RPM up, but now they don't test anything older than '96. So as long as it passes a visual inspection (nobody cares on a car that old) I'm all set. |
nope a 355 lol.
