super easy flex fuel install

So... I had some custom fittings made. :) These are made specifically to facilitate the easiest installation of a flex fuel kit possible. No wrenches, no backing nuts, no fighting with the available space... Just clip and go!

Great product! Or so it seems, I don't know anything about flex fuel kits haha. However, once I get another daily driver and afford to stand a drop in MPG, I'll definitely look into this and your kit!

Maybe a dumb question, but would this flex fuel kit work for switching between, say, race gas and regular 91? I currently run, and am tuned for, a 100 octane equivalent Torco/91 mix. I would like to have a way to run straight 91 without having to re-tune every single time...

Unfortunately not. The Continental sensor only detects alcohol content. However, it's worth noting that E85 technicaly has a higher octane rating than pump fuel with additives. :)

i have a question, aside from this kit, what else is needed on completely stock fuel system on a 2010 SS. LS3 with bolt ons only? LT's, CAI, no cats, ported TB. Do i need the ZL1 fuel pump? Do i need injectors?

Realistically, you're probably fine until you do a cam. Then, you'd just need LSA injectors.

Still available and ready to go!

Interested. Where does this connect to?

For tuning purposes, if you were to switch on Flex fuel, would you be able to run 93 and e85 flex interchangeably without having to constantly reupload a new tune?

You end up disconnecting the fuel line from the hardline right near the passenger side shock tower. The harness goes inline with the easiest available ignition coil.

And you are correct... the whole purpose of these sensors is to run 93, ethanol, or any mixture of the two without having to reflash. The tune (when done properly) will automatically adjust.

Great. Will be purchasing this pretty soon!
