Dale Earnhardt - The Movie

http://www.dalethemovie.com/

I CANNOT WAIT to see this movie!!!

I've always been a HUGE fan of Dale Sr.. IMO, he was the greatest driver of all time as well as in NASCAR, and should be mentioned along with some of the all-time greats, such as Senna, Schumacher, etc..

I was very fortunate to have met him three times. Contrary to the way he was perceived, he truly was a great man.

One of my prized possessions is a 1/24 scale showcar hauler, which I had signed back in '94 by Dale's entire crew, his car owner Richard Childress, and Dale.

Here's to one of the greatest of all time! :drinking:

Dale is without a doubt the greatest driver ever!! NASCAR has not been the same since the 2001 Daytona 500.

Dale was great and is one of the best ever, he help make the sport what it is. I must say though the The King will always be the best in my book.

Couldn't agree with you more. I still watch and go to the races, but it truly isn't the same. :(

I was at Daytona in '98 when he finally won it, as well as '01. I'll never forget '01. I was listening to him and his team on my scanner, and I can still hear his car owner Richard Childress calling to him on the radio. I can't describe the feeling. :( :( :(

I took pics. as each member signed it (for proof). :) I've thought of putting it up on EBAY to see what it would "get". :iono:

This movie will be a decent rental, but I won't be paying my $10 to see it at the big show :D

I went to the 'Open House' at Richard Childress Racing on '04 and waited 7 hrs. to see Dale. :) He never took a break that whole time and made sure everyone there got to see him. He was a special person.
