Camaro Camber Plate Options

I have a set of Penske double adjustable dampers on order for my 2011. Problem is with Pfadt closing I am unable to find a good camber plate to ship to them for the install. Does anyone have a set I could measure and duplicate? (or) Have a set in good condition to sell??
