my guess is because of the shipping fees and costs, and there's probably a bunch of taxes and fines in order to bring in a foreign car. the horsepower and engine type may also cause some taxes and fines. but, these are just my guesses...:iono:

Looks like imitations are everywhere, other than that not bad.

Next year I want to get my wife a Cruze just as a daily commuter, if it looked like this, I buy one faster.

I'd have a Camaro and a Camaro Jr. :happyanim:

I'm guessing that's not in US currency, $200,000 in chinese currency is $29,265.01 in US

Has to do with Exchange rate 1 us dollar = 6.83318 Chinese Yuan Renminbi.

So with that said They would cost as follows....

Camaro LS $23,040 USD = $157,436 Chinese Yuan Renminbi
Camaro 1LT $24,675 USD = $168,609 Chinese Yuan Renminbi
Camaro 2LT $27,375 USD = $187,058 Chinese Yuan Renminbi
Camaro 1SS $31,040 USD = $212,102 Chinese Yuan Renminbi
Camaro 2SS $34,225 USD = $233,866 Chinese Yuan Renminbi
Plus import tariffs I'm sure.

Foreign cars in asia are already very expensive, plus in China there's a 40% extra tax on any cars with engines over 4 liters.
