Stall converter for sale

2 brand new FTI converters FS LT & LS 4L60E 2600 & 4000 stall.
Have a new in the box ESRL 0086 3600 for a LT engine F-Body or 97-2004 corvette.

This is the economy version so not for a ton of HP in lockup.

Drives like near stock until you put your foot in it, and then it comes alive.

$499 shipped.

Also have a SRLS 6081 4000 stall billet 4L60E LS version. The tuff bullet proof 98-2002 F-body record breaker. $829 reg, $699 shipped.

It is brand new but has been filled w/fluid for install (customer bought it for a C5 vette not realizing the vett has the LT style input shaft).

Fits LS F-body and GTO. One of the best converters available. quick as hell and tuff as hell.

Both brand new and full warranty.

A little too much converter for my needs I think.

Im 335 at the wheels right now. Too high stall speed?

On a Gen4? Not at all. Our street/bracket 98 was 350 rwhp and we had the same converter but a 4200. Was perfect and ran mid 11's consistantly.

You will NOT regret installing this.....it is going to make your car something totally different!

On a ws6. Ok, I'll mull it over a bit.

If this is not the best mod you do I'll buy it back.

On the behavior of the 4000.....I drove a yank SS4000 and it pretty much drives like a normal car....until you whomped on it.....then it let the power band climb and hit very gradually.....very pleasant to drive.

How does the FTI 4000 behave in a daily driver?

And what is the warranty?

SC2150 05-04-2013 07:09 AM

Full one year warranty, (as its new) and drives like stock until you put your foot in it, then it's another animal.

And we see this on average....but the naysayers come into threads all the time claiming there will be no gains.:bonk:
