Montreal guys... Carrefour 440 has a red SS
 

I just got back from a great afternoon of " one on one " with a CTF car at the Carrefour 440 dealer in Laval. I was told that it will be there for the next week ( April 13-16 ), so if your in the greater Montreal area, and want to see it, it's there :D

The car is mesmerizing !

When I first sat in the car, I had all the salesmen chatting me up.... after an hour, I was left all alone with it... Needles to say, I was there for another two hours:drool:

The cabin is definitely tighter than my 4th gen, but this is my only disappointment.

Tighter? No way!

Is this dealer stock or a " loaner " from GM?

Not in the front, but the back seat is definitely tighter...Also harder to get in and out of. Not enough to deter me that's for sure !!

It's a loaner from GM, it was delivered yesterday, and will be retrieved next Thursday/Friday.

very nice looks big too! better to see it live in person finally than checking all those pics! the interior surprised me. i didn't like it at first but after sitting in it it's ok. no fabulous as in a audi... but it's ok. i like the seats gm could have installed better quality foot pedals.. i'm shure they'll come as an option..the paint quality surprised me also it's very nicely finished,smooth. no orange peel texture here. it's a big car! it's a looker!i'm not sold yet... i would of prefer a 2010 trans am.. but hey what can you do pontiac will be dead soon i think...

Question - I have tracked my car on the database tracker - excellent tool by the way - anyhow, my car was ready on April 10th - about 2 weeks prior my dealer said it was scheduled to be shipped on the 2nd to 3rd week of April (last or this) - which was fantastic news - however I spoke to him today and he told me that the his dealer rep had said there were "minor" issues with the cars and that they are performing minor "tweeks" or "recalls" to about 140 cars and said that it will not ship for another 3 weeks or so - has anyone heard of this?? Is there any truth to this?

Our dealer is as honest as the day is long - been used by our family business for over 30 years
