Onstar Monthly Reports

I got two reports from them. One the night I took delivery of the car and one a month later. I don't receive any reports anymore:iono:

ron10 03-31-2010 11:10 PM

you won't hear from them again until it's time to renew the contract.

If your car is stored inside for the winter... you probably won't get an onstar report. the antenna probably didn't pick up the signal. You should see them again once you break it out and start driving it again.

Agreed. I got one the day i pulled er out of storage. They come monthly.

RedJewel2SS 03-31-2010 11:19 PM

yea you only get them if you turn the car on around the beginning/end of every month.

600hp-lpe 03-31-2010 11:28 PM

not me.. never activated the system. No need for onstar.

ron10 03-31-2010 11:30 PM

i've never seen a report.

Jekyll-N-Hyde 03-31-2010 11:33 PM

Interesting I have gotten 3 alone in the month of March.

I still have the e-mails in my Iphone March 2nd , 18th and today 31st

balthazar 03-31-2010 11:43 PM

I was told after completing the welcome call I'd get one in three days, that didn't happen. I don't REALLY care, but if they have a PRAYER of getting me to renew I better not have to muck about with it, they better just show up.

I had to go to the OnStar website and set up my account to get notifications.

revron 04-01-2010 01:30 AM

I get one once a month by email, or more if their is a problem.

You do have to set up an account online with OnStar to get notifications, and then you get them monthly unless there's a problem. My salesman told me that and so did the OnStar rep when I activated the account.

My car has never been stored. Picked it up January 25 and I have 2200 miles racked up already;)

ONstar actually gave me two welcome calls. I talked with them close to 30 minutes when I bought the car and they called me 2 weeks after and did another welcome call:iono:
