GMPP exhausts- Difference between them?

Ok, I'm really curious about the "Track Pack/off road" exhaust that GMPP offers. There's a few posts and videos on here of members with GMPP exhaust, but they have the normal/street mufflers. If you have the "track pack/off road" GMPP exhaust I'd like to know what you think of it aswell as what motor your Camaro has. I'm really curious about the difference in sound. Videos would be much appreciated too!

Here's a clip from someone with the "off road" version of the GMPP axle back.

I should have mine later this week and I'll post my thoughts on it. I'm expecting it to be pretty tame, because I have an L99 with all the resonators and cats. But I'm planning on getting long tube headers and high flow cats sometime in the future, and that will make it a lot louder.

Yeah, its pretty quiet. The "regular version" is real quiet, but has a nice tone to it.

But it should sound just right with some long tubes and high flow cats. And it gets rid of those heavy and ugly looking stock mullers. And I just found out yesterday that the L99's mufflers are actually different than the LS3's (more restrictive in design).
Check out post # 104 in this thread. It shows what the L99 mufflers look like on the inside.

off road doesn't meet certain state's smog requirements.

I don't get it. What's the difference between the stock exhaust???

The "off road" mufflers don't meet certain smog requirements (which means they flow really well). But with all the crap on the L99's (2 cats and 2 resonators per side), it would have to pass a smog test? (if you happen to live in a state that does smog testing).
The guys living out in California would know. Florida doesn't require smog testing.

Thanks, that one doesn't sound all that bad. Mine will be an L99 aswell and planning on getting this exhaust, but might have to see what it will sound like minus some resonators.
Keep me posted please on what you think when you get yours.

Doesn't matter in Oklahoma.....no inspections, smog testing, or front license plates. lol

I was also wondering if anyone had tried just taking two of the four resonators out instead of all of them.
