Speed Limiter?
 
does anyone know what the speed limiter is that is in the DIC i thought i saw it in one of those training videos and a pic of it in a thread somewhere...what exactly is it? is it like cruise control?

I believe your talking about the speed limiter/alarm that you can set at a particular speed. If you reach that speed (say 130mph or whatever speed you set) the alarm will go off to warn you to slow down.

I think he's talking about the top speed. It's in the main throttle control program. It's an actuator like cruise control yes. Prevents the throttle from opening up. Also the onstar can keep it at idle.

As far as how to haxxor it your gonna have to wait a while till people get cars and service manuals.
