Key problem help

Some times my key remote will not unlock the car or open the trunk . When I unlock the door with the key my alarm goes off and stays on until I start the engine. It is just random.like the battery in the key is dead but then it works again. CAr is 2 weeks old any help would be appreciated.

Should be a simple fix back at the dealership. Sorry, I don't have the answer to what is going on. Just stop back at the dealer I am sure they'll take care of you.

Make sure you take both keys with you just in case they need to be reprogrammed. Just a suggestion....

There was a TSB that gave an explanation for it. It was for using the key fob too many times in a short amount of time locks it out. After a short period of time it will work as normal.

Did you ever get the problem fixed? What was it?
