Where is the shark fin that is suppose to be on the trunk? The XM antenna.

pincoin 12-24-2010 06:51 AM

Nice

The antenna is in the new spoiler.
I wonder if the new spoiler will fit on a coupe??

Yep. No XM or OnStar in Abu Dahbi, therefore, no shark fin.

khabboub 12-24-2010 08:07 AM

that looks really good, and yeah taking the shark fin off makes a big difference.

XM is in a different part of the RF spectrum ,about 2.333 GHz. While The spoiler antenna supports FM which is around 87.5 to 108.0 MHz. Thus the reason for 2 different antennas.

I was in Dubai at the time. Sure wished I had known.

I guess, they don't have XM over there, so no antenna needed. :D

No it's not, my question was answer already. No XM in this location, so no shark fin antenna.

GotMeSOM 12-24-2010 10:18 AM

That's Hot!

CamaroFreako 12-24-2010 10:22 AM

looks gay

born-to-fish- 12-24-2010 10:38 AM

looks like they sorted out the off color with the plastic. ie bumpers, gas cap

CamaroCrazy69 12-24-2010 11:11 AM

It would have looked better with a black interior and black rally stripes to complement the black top, that would have looked so hot.

Char1ieone 12-24-2010 12:58 PM

Wow, the interior seat accents look way better on the convertible than they do on coupes. Once the top drops a whole new color accent just makes the car stand out even more.

TJ91 12-24-2010 06:47 PM

top down looks great, the top itself looks bad, you can see the ribs, the first sneak pics we got of the vert had nice fitted soft tops, these more recent pics look less fitted and more rib exposure
