Official Camaro Accessory Hero Cards

Released today by Chevrolet are the Hero cards for Dealer Training purposes.
This and other items will be used during Camaro dealer launch meetings in the next few weeks. Watch all release dates...Some accessories being pushed back into 2nd qtr.

Thanks much, HOTRIDES! The first file is quite interesting, already showing price increases on the stripe packages, and the Hurst STS not available until Q3. Can you tell me what the lower prices are on the first page? For example, it shows the engine cover as only $269. Is that the price prior to 3/16/09?
Wonder what the car's MSRP will do after the 16th?

P.S. - These cards will not make most dealership personnel heros!

Awesome...thanks!

SB007 02-27-2009 05:27 PM

Looks like if you ordered the Hurst Short Shifter, you want to run down to your dealer and update your order to delete it or wait at the end of the first order line .... worse yet is if you also have also ordered Cyber Gray in combo .... see you at Christmas.

Just joshing ... but there is an impact.

Some of these prices are ridiculous! $1000 for subs?My god what a rip off! Nice post though!

Parker 02-27-2009 06:33 PM

Anyone else notice the lacking of the Heritage Grill?

I think Heritage Grill would have been a better name to stick to.

Aren't bonnets only on semis and preWW2 cars, I thought a batwing hood was a bonnet?

Camaro68 02-27-2009 10:13 PM

.

great post. thanks

RallyFever 02-27-2009 10:21 PM

Where are the interior trim kits?

EllwynX 02-28-2009 05:22 PM

$2265 for the GFX Installed. I KNEW I'd seen a price of over $2000 before.

That's just too much for non-body color GFX... If that included painting I might reconsider.

HOTRIDES1 03-02-2009 11:30 AM

Engine Covers both 6 and 8 are $269.00 list for now....Pricing should stay this way for at least 6 months ...

spoiler...that's what I was looking for...

HOTRIDES1 03-02-2009 11:44 AM

No Word as of this morning on Dove Tail Spoiler or Interior Trim Kits....

JMAN311 03-02-2009 11:52 AM

Hurst STS Q3 = retarded

How do they manage to not get that for release???? I figured by the 16th they would have switched over to the factory install code for the shifter. Guess there must be a supply issue with Hurst

HOTRIDES1 03-02-2009 12:16 PM

As of mid February GM took back the all LPO orders for Hurst Shifter in the Houston Market..This was the highest ordered LPO for Camaro...

bolteon593 03-02-2009 01:27 PM

shorty headers q3?

catback exhaust q2?

so these aren't even available at launch... great.

Since these are dealer installed options it doesn't surprise me. You have to get them after the fact anyway.

The Hurst however should have been a factory install to begin with and available right away.

bruins004 03-02-2009 01:55 PM

Hmm there are quite a bit of accessories I see (a lot of them I have not seen before).

What is the PDIM?
Interesting about the Footwell ABL.

ralniv 03-02-2009 01:56 PM

$5k for 21" wheels? Is GM trying to achieve profitability via sales of 21" wheels on Camaros. There better be a LOT more than wheels for $5k.
