The forum does not support movie attachments. You have to upload your video to youtube and then post it. If you don't have a youtube account PM me and I can upload it for you.

Allanski 10-23-2011 05:35 PM

lets see if this works

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-jcmyTyogw*&fs=1">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-jcmyTyogw*&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="855" height="505">

Allanski 10-23-2011 06:23 PM

why did the video get posted twice?

CamaroSkooter 10-23-2011 07:07 PM

Because your post has both URL and U2B tags.

When using the U2B tags, you only need to put the part of the youtube link after the '=' sign. So, for instance, with your video, you only need to put the "4-jcmyTyogw" part of the video link between the [u2b] and the [ /u2b] tags. There's no need to use the URL tag for a youtube video

You only need to put the characters in big red font inside of the "u2b" tags

simonmcnasty 12-26-2011 09:08 PM

Awesome...I was playing with it last night and got sidetracked before I figured it out.
Much appreciated.

an easier way is to copy and paste the URL from the address bar. This way you don't have to use the [ u2b ][ /u2b ]. It has to be from the address bar though because if you use the embedded link they give you, it will show up as a hyperlink.

How do you embed a video that is from Photobucket (if that's even possible)???

Nightmare2012 04-09-2013 04:34 PM

If the URL has HTTPS you must remove the "S"

Also... if you are posting from a mobil phone you must take the "M" out of the address.

Anyway to do a FaceBook Video?

Example

http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=...19998386226195
or
http://www.facebook.com/video/embed?...56199787817013

IN the PHPBB forum for SCC i had to make a new code for this

Quote:

<object width="640" height="360" ><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="movie" value="http://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id={NUMBER}" /><embed src="https://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id={NUMBER}" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="360"></embed></object>

TAG UR IT 09-04-2013 01:01 AM

don't know how to do the fb one, yet...maybe copy paste the url into the image tag above or the hyperlink tab?

alex70olds 09-04-2013 01:32 AM

Chris, press the quote button on this post. It should look like what is inside the quote tags. ignore the
PHP Code:

[QUOTE=alex70olds;6976851][/QUOTE

In other words should look like

PHP Code:

[u2b]OnJ7u1vX8M4&feature=youtu.be[/u2b
