The Camaro’s Synergy special editions were born at SEMA, and this vehicle is a new take on the concept, using the best of the best of Camaro accessories – as well as a distinctive silver exterior with red accents. Chevrolet will be listening to the reaction that this Synergy concept receives at SEMA, as it could be brought to production.

Vehicle highlights:
  • Silver Ice exterior color with black Synergy stripes on the hood, with decklid and “mail slot” decals with red line inserts
  • Synergy gill decals and no SS or RS exterior badges
  • Chevrolet Accessories body-color ground effects and grille
  • Chevrolet Accessories 21-inch wheels – black with red stripe
  • Suspension lowering kit by Pedders (Chevrolet Official Licensed Product)
  • Red Brembo® brake calipers
  • Chevrolet Accessories red engine cover
  • Concept “SS“ underhood liner
  • Concept polished strut tower brace
  • Chevrolet Accessories floor mats (ebony with red and “CAMARO” logo in silver)
  • Chevrolet Accessories lighting kit (displayed in red)
  • Hurst® short-throw shifter
  • Black leather interior with red accent stitching on seats, console, doors, steering wheel and shifter boot

That looks so classy :)

HOT CAR! Yes...caps were required.

Mdejes3 10-27-2011 03:39 PM

Looks a little familiar

PYROLYSIS 10-27-2011 04:06 PM

Chevy needs to listen to the reaction of the 1LE, not this overdone remake.

Atlas 10-27-2011 08:40 PM

I like those wheels.

TJ91 10-27-2011 11:47 PM

love the wheels and the way it was done. Is gm actually going to offer pedders drop kits now?

Sevn86 10-28-2011 12:19 AM

Wasn't this available last year?

They did make the Synergy in a convertible. There are pictures in the tread about the 2011 Synergy cars.

I think they need to put the blade spoiler on the convertibles like the coup has. This is the convertible I wanted last year but they didn't make it in the color I wanted.

They did? I do not remember seeing them

Use of the word Synergy in their ads is confusing to some lol

alini 10-28-2011 11:54 AM

It was not advertised as available but it was, saw pics of one. Sadly they took forever to release all Synergy Series cars that alot of people gave up one wanting them.

Note that those are the same rims that was available on the 2011 but painted black (or darker grey) that I have seen a bunchof people say they hated. I personally think they added too much to the cost of the car which is why I didnt get them

O2BQIK 10-28-2011 12:02 PM

Looks like a ricer to me! Just my humble opinion. Too many tacked-on flashy bits.

LAWMAN 10-28-2011 04:59 PM

looks good, this one has the same wheels i currently have on mine,

Other than the fact that they are 21 inch, the wheels look like the SLP wheels with a red lip.

Actually the SLP wheels look like the wheels used by Chevy on a 2008 SEMA Camaro show car as well as the Camaro convertible show car wheels. Chevy had those first.

Stripes + Factory GFX + Wheels = ricer? :iono:

jeffgtx 10-29-2011 01:00 PM

Any pics of the accessory pedals anywhere?

stand-al0ne 10-31-2011 09:42 AM

This does not look ricer; incorrect use of the word.

That said, Ive seen this Synergy (or similar) too much and I'm kinda over them. I think for the price they would charge, it would not be worth it. But thats my $0.02, so not much, haha

1BADZL1 11-02-2011 11:41 PM

Not really a fan of the wheels. First impression is that it looks like a attempt to recapture what they already did with the 45th....
Still needs some work imho...maybe some different wheels like they did for the red zone..

JusticePete 11-07-2011 06:17 PM

The car will be on the show circuit. Opinions may change when people see it in person.
