Bromaro's 45th Anniversary Camaro

Hello Everyone!! Here is my 2012 45th Anniversary Camaro 2SS. I took delivery of "Bromaro" November 1st and couldn't be happier with my purchase, although I do wish I would've purchased it from a different dealership. For those of you who live in Arizona, stay away from Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale! Anyway, I worked really really hard to get this car and this is one of my biggest accomplishments, second only to purchasing my home. Before my 45th, I drove a 2002 VW Beetle TDI which I believe is about 90hp on a good day! It certainly hasn't taken long getting used to speed though and I love my car. I have a lot of mods planned...Hope you like it.

Very first mod! On day 1, I had to get rid of those gold bowties. I installed black bowties with a red outline...much better.

Off to get the windows tinted!

Got windows tinted. I went with 35% on the front windows (dark as legal in Arizona) and 15% on the back windows.

Recently installed 69 series K & N Typhoon cold air intake. It took me about an hr to install. I've definitely noticed a "throatier" sound, increase in HP and MPG.

I'm very excited about my personalized plates that came in the mail! For those of you wondering what "BROMARO" means, its my last name (BRO) and of course MARO for Camaro.

I have a thing for lights, so my goal is to replace every bulb on the car with LEDs. So far, I have replaced the interior lights (dome & trunk), license plate lights and the newest replacement is the fog lights. All lights were purchased from Phastek Performance.

Bad ass!!! I'm digging the mods! I want to switch to LED on the interior as well. Where'd you get the bulbs if you don't mind me asking? I also just ordered a CAI as well. Looking forward to a better sound.

All lights were purchased from phastek performance. Great company and quick shipping. The LED's for the interior and the license plate are actually the same bulb size, yet different prices:iono:. So if you buy from them, I suggest just going with the cheaper set X 2.

Nice. Congrats!

bulb

My husband keep complaining about how stupid GM was to put a different types of bulbs on the front of the car. (He's a GM retiree.) He wondered how he could change out the fog light bulbs. Thanks for the information. I know my 45 will have new bulbs in a week!

I couldn't agree more with your husband. I feel like if you get the RS package, or in our cases the 45th package, you should automatically get HID fog lights since you already get the HID Halos. :iono:

Gotta love that 45th edition, now you should replace your yellow front turn signals with chromed bulbs and get rid of the yellow! Car looks BadAss!

What's funny about GM is that if you go to the chevrolet website, all the pictures of camaros have HID fog lights! That's false advertising to me :paddle:.
