New Braunfels... I was just down at Gruene Hall to see Aaron Watson. Isn't that pretty close to New Braunfels. Whatever town that hall is in is pretty cool.

It's Gruene hall in Gruene, TX. That is one of the oldests dance halls in TX. It's a really cool place and big touristy town during the day. I love that area. Tons of musicians have played there and gotten their starts there.

SilverTurtle and I are currently residing in San Marcos. I work in Austin & he works in San Antonio...so we are all over Central Texas!
We do gatherings and such in San Marcos every so often. I'll try to remember to post up the next time we have something big going on. PM me if you are interested in just casually hanging out with some fellow central TX F-bod folks. :D

Elkyboy64 11-29-2007 02:49 PM

Gruene Hall is in Gruene, which is really in New Braunfels. I live about half a mile from Gruene Hall and work in San Marcos.

Fort Worth, GO COWBOYS! Where is everyone watching the game tonight? I have monster home theatre so everyone I know is coming over here. The Gaylord Texan in Grapevine would be a great place to see the game also. They have a 50' x 30' screen they project the game on in the sports bar, beer is a little pricey though.

Dam.. I don't have NFL network.. so disappointed. Packers and Cowboys are my two favorite teams.. Oh well I'll have to listen to the radio lol.

Shadowsong 11-29-2007 06:59 PM

Shadowsong 11-29-2007 09:31 PM

So so gay  I even have digital cable and I don't have the channel....
its a Dallas game...why in the world isn't it being shown? I bet they'd show it around here if it was a Texans game... wouldn't be worth watching, but they would show it by god

NFL and the network couldn't come to an airing agreement

what I want to know is: why does California get its own forum when it is an acknowledged fact that the largest population of f-bodies in the continental United States in is Texas?

that said, Raven has already introduced me, and if anyone is ever interested in meeting up with some of our AFB folks, shoot us a call, PM or start a thread about getting together for some grub and good times :)

^Welcome back!

Jeff 12-19-2007 01:39 AM

Hey Tag, yesterday I saw a 93-97 Camaro 6 cylinder with a wing on top of the "already" factory wing/spoiler (2 spoilers on each other, the after market one about 2 feet tall). He had huge exhausts that made it sound like a Honda, and had "CAMARO" in a decal all the way across the car.. With the windows down playing rap very loud.. Have you seen this Camaro? rofl. I saw it on DeZavala and IH-10. Makes Chevy look bad..

TAG UR IT 12-19-2007 02:17 AM

NO. AND THANK GOD. I see so many everyday working out in the streets. Usually, I can take a second look. Rarely, am I ashamed.

lq30 12-19-2007 11:46 AM
