Judging all those cars in 2hrs could turn out to be a massive undertaking - but we will do our best! :headbang:

I'm confused, which doesn't take much these days. The registration information posted above says, "Registration will be set up at the CICC booth on Friday at the track from 4:30pm to 6:30pm."

I thought the car show was from 4:30 to 6:30. Has the time changed for the show, or am I missing something. Usually, registration is a couple of hours before the show starts.

Can someone clarify the times, please?

Thanks ADAMS! It will be a blast. What is the estimate for attendance (in Camaros)? Anyone know?

elainehod 07-27-2012 05:04 AM

more details?

OK, so the car show judging is on friday? Also, will there be placings for the gen 5 awards, or just first places in the catagories? Thanks!

Dangeruss 07-27-2012 11:41 AM

This is gonna be fun...got some new goodies to show off.

Car show on Friday, change tires and drag race on Saturday! :headbang:

That will be up to Adam's we'll have to ask them.

Again that would be Adam's call if they wanted to give an award to any non Camaros.

I'll see if I can get them to chime in.

I don't care about awards, just a spot to let people see the car better if they want.

I hear ya. I'm sure it will get some attention.

The parking/pits is pretty much one big car show.

Let's try and get an answer on whether you should register or not.

Adam's Polishes 07-27-2012 04:58 PM

As far as I was aware the Central Indiana Camaro Club was going to handle judging the classes. Since we'll be likely very busy in our booth it made the most sense for them to pick the winners.

We will be providing all the trophies (they're AWESOME by the way!) just saw the proofs today.

Additionally, each winner will receive some Adam's products as part of their prizes. Really looking forward to it!

There will only be one award for each class.

But, The good news is The GM\Camaro team and the Moderators will each be giving out their "Favorite 5th Gen" awards as part of the show.

So there are many chances to get recognized outside of the car show.

Is the show field going to be on grass or black top?

Can we bring canopies to set up?

GTAHVIT 07-29-2012 10:34 PM

I think the judging area will be on blacktop. And yes you can bring a pop up.

As I'm sure most already know we just ask that everyone take care and protect the cars around you from flying canopies

GTAHVIT 07-29-2012 10:35 PM

LMAO. Stieger, you can't win dude.

And yes I've seen the trophies. They are awesome.
