1100 HP KDi Whipple LS CTS-V

Here is our 2.9L Whipple kit on a Gen II CTS-V:

It made 890 to the wheels with a very conservative tune.
This same setup is available for the ZL1. Let us know if you have any questions.

The direct port nitrous setup will be tested on this car in a couple of weeks.

In addition to the Whipple, what else was done to the "CTS-V" for the internals?

Can you do this with a Magnuson TVS2300

KD Innovations 08-22-2012 12:13 PM

It is forged with heads and cam of course. 387 ci. Also has a return style fuel system with enough capacity to run e85.

The owner and I are looking at a few things to make it even a little badder. Never done testing new stuff. He executes a lot of his own ideas as well.

jay@redline-motorsports 09-11-2012 02:33 PM

if he can just keep that throttle body open he will be ahead of the game..

KDi engineered the CTS-V Whipple kit on Manny's car and we consult with him a great deal about his setup. Sorry for the confusion. Basically, we sync up a couple times a week. Manny has Marv help him with the wrenching and Jeremy does most of the larger calibration changes. Manny also runs the KDi heat exchanger and pump on his setup with some other smaller items as well.
So the short story and the intent of the tread is Manny is using our power adder and we partly sponsor the setup as well as consult on the build. Jeremy has done an awesome job getting the combination to perform.

When I visit my customers in south Florida I do a lot of tuning while in town. While in Raleigh I support a lot of others via remote tuning. We welcome collaboration.
