Questionn about black wheels

So I ordered my ZL1 when the black wheels were on constraint, I was very disappointed but I was wondering if anyone has actually traded with anyone else for the black wheels. Or should I just look into selling the silver wheels and then buying a pair of the black wheels. I'm not even sure how much I would get out of the wheels if I where to sell them. I thought I read somewhere the black wheels were selling for 800 a wheel so hopefully I can get close to that.

Someone on here bought a set of Silver wheels and tires for 1500.00.I'm not saying you can get a Black set for that.I think the Black will be harder to come by.

You can always plastidip them black. Great option, since you can peel it off if you ever wanted to and you wouldn't be ditching the factory rims.

You can probably sell the Aluminum wheels for half of what you'll pay for the black wheels new. Just don't sell the wheels with the tires because they aren't cheap either. I'm thinking about ordering the black wheels next year and having both. I haven't seen a set of Aftermarket wheels that I like yet for these specific cars.

I would check again with your dealer regarding the contraints. I ordered mine with the black 10 spoke wheels and the open weave carbon fiber hood and was told they were under contraint. My car rolled off the car carrier yesterday and was sporting the wheels and hood. I pick it up at 11:00 AM tommorow. :happyanim:
