I have a 2012 SS L99 A6 and i notice a "click" noise when the car shifts from 2nd to 3rd. :help:

I have the same annoying noise man..mines in first for sure idk about second cause my exhaust is to loud but its kinda worrying me cause it dont always do it, would assume if its supposed to make the sound it would always do it...especially since i already had to replace my ac compressor before i even hit 8,000 miles!!! Is yours a standard like mine?

I remember awhile ago there was a thread on a clicking noise with the A6 SS. Do a search and it might be the clicking that you are having also.
