Has anyone had any problems receiving the gauge face replacement emblems?

I ordered the 4 gauge replacement emblems on 4/9/13 and have yet to receive my order.I get your order has shipped,oh no wait it hasn't shipped.Now I am being told that my order shipped on 5/9/13 and it is now 5/17/13 and I have yet to receive my order.:mad2:

What gives here has anyone else had this problem.

Charles, you've been the only issue.

USPS has obviously lost the order and I opened an investigation case with USPS as we discussed in our emails no more than 7 minutes ago.

I offerred you the refund already once.

I appreciate and respect your frustration but please enlighten me as to what more you'd like to see from us.

I do not know about your order.. But I have ordered personally and have sent numerous clients to Ivan with absolutely no problems at all before.

I see Ivan's offering a refund, that seems quite fair. From us vendors we do rely on USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. and sometimes there are screw-ups out of our hands.

Ivan has just offered a refund in the last email today that was not offered.I guess when you are put out in a open forum you try to save face.Ivan you can refund my money at your earliest convenience.

Placed order on 4/9/13
Was told on 4/18/13 that my order will be shipped the next day
Was told on 4/29/13 that they had not shipped
Was told on 5/1/13 that they shipped at the beginning of the week
Was told on 5/9/13 that they shipped yesterday
As of today 5/17/13 order not received

Now do you understand my frustration.

Matt read my post just below your first and the events that led up to my frustration.It is not that I am frustrated that USPS has lost or can not find the order it is everything prior to that.USPS was the last push that took it over the edge for me :frusty:

I have ordered several things from Ivan and no problems, always good service, price matched stuff, hell even changed the prices online to price match. Nothing but good things to say about Ivan.

Ivan will make it right. Nicest guy on the forum. Can't beat his prices, and he always takes care of his customers.
I could see frustration if your car was down, and you needed a part to get to work, but gauge overlays? Lighten up Francis.
