I see the BRM is listed as a color.

05stram 05-26-2013 07:52 AM

Wished they would keep IOM

Dan1028 05-26-2013 09:10 AM

Under fuel economy for the V6, there are 3 different transmission subcategories, one manual and two automatics. One of the automatic figures includes a suffix (S). Is this the fuel economy when the auto is in "Sport" mode? If so, I wonder why they don't include that for the SS auto.

They're most likely talking about the 2LS with the 2.93 gear in it that gets the little better mpg compare to the other v6's trim that has the 3.27 in it.

I thought Blue Ray was going away.

No. Not sure how that rumor started but it is still available for 2014.

Interesting color choices on some of those cars. I see the sonic is getting synergy green as a color, I think if I were to order a Camaro I might wait and see if a dark green or lighter blue would be available

GM does have 47U-Dark Green Metallic, but its on a van. Some interesting colors on the vehicles near the bottom of the PDF. Also, the XTS hearse looks cool!

Wasn't Victory Red going away? I see Hot Red still on there, is that suppose to be different from VR?

Verbolten 05-28-2013 03:52 PM

There is a bunch of Red Camaro's for sale on cars.com. By the looks of the new 2014color chart there is going to be a hell of alot more... As I have said many time before on this site. What the hell was Chevy thinking!!

They also have Lime Rock Green, which is a dark metallic green on the C7. I'd like to see that on a Camaro. I've always been a fan of dark metallic greens on sports cars.

Interesting that it shows Recaros with Camaro convertible? But the ordering guide didn't have that in there.

Hmmm....one of them must be wrong.

Camaro154 05-28-2013 05:13 PM

I can't believe Chevrolet got rid of IOM. I get so many compliments on my paint and my matching interior package. At least there will be less of my color on the road in the future.

PalmerGA 05-28-2013 05:20 PM

Why did they waste all that design, tooling, and manufacturing money producing the SS? I don't get it.

AmericanMuscleCars 05-28-2013 06:16 PM

Bye Bye BumbleBee Yellow...

ORANGE U NV 05-28-2013 09:49 PM

Red Hot red is brighter than the old Victory Red...... more like a Corvette Torch Red. The Yellow is a brighter shade also.

rreale 05-28-2013 09:59 PM
