Maybe this will help. You can Google "Pony Cars" and go to the Wiki link for a full history.

Camaros never have actually been "Muscle Cars".

Yeah, it probably won't. I applied for mine almost 2 months ago. 7-10 week lead time (for PA anyway). :paddle:

Del's12SS 07-30-2013 10:39 AM

Michigan said 2 weeks, I am hoping they worked ahead last week :)

There's been enough Detroit ex-mayors in prison where you should have had your plate months ago, lol.

Very nice trunk light, where did you got it from?

family man 07-30-2013 11:21 AM

That's going to be lost on a lot of people. They will be behind you, "that doesn't look like a Mustang".

Camaros never have actually been "Muscle Cars".

This is most likely one mans opinion and incorrect in my opinion.
I guess an original 1961 to 1964 Impala SS, 409, 425 HP, 4 spd is
not a muscle car....... Funny, I don't see these or the 421 '62 Pontiac
Catalina or Buick GS, etc, on this muscle car list.

Not to beat a dead horse (pun intended) but in my opinion a
pony car is a Ford product, Cougar, Mustang, etc.

the barber 07-30-2013 11:25 AM

Plates here n Cali take about 8-10 weeks n got mine a couple days before 10week mark lol
