I love these pictures, thank you for posting them

Awesome! Thanks for posting!

Can you ask when the intake will be available please? And how much?

Also what is that item attached to the intake air tube? Maybe an oil catch basin?

Anyone notice the intake says "off-road use only"? I guess that means Z/28s are not for street use?????

christianmotox 11-07-2013 04:12 PM

Thanks!, all we need now are prices..... LOL

No, dont be silly. They just have to say that to cover their ass. 90% of the mods you buy for your car say offroad use somewhere in the fine print.

Fits on all 2014 models?
What makes them different as of the 2010-13 models that it won't fit?
I mean they are still using FE2 (V6) & FE4 (V8) suspension so that shouldn’t be a problem to route the duct...

Anyone know if the CAI and shorty headers fit the standard SS LS3?

Yes I wish we had some more info on if these parts interchange with all Camaros or not . Also wish they would of explained the suspension a little better also . I guess we will learn shortly :pop2:. Loved those seats also. :first:

That is why we created the Chevrolet Performance V8 Camaro for SEMA, to show the possibilites of what could be installed on an SS Camaro. The car features the Z/28 high flow intake, shorty headers and 2.75" exhaust system installed on the LS3, along with select Z/28 suspension components.

If there is enough positive feedback we may bring these components to market in the Chevrolet Performance catalog. What do you think?

AG1LE 11-08-2013 07:08 PM

Great pictures, thanks!

I like that the CAI is oil-free. Is there an oil-free aftermarket CAI that is comparable to the Z-28 CAI?

I think this would go over great , Unfortunately for me I own a V6 , Do any of these performance parts interchange with the V6 ?

nl12 11-08-2013 08:33 PM

I would buy the Z/28 aero, and suspension!

OldScoolCamaro 11-08-2013 08:37 PM

I would like to thank and commend the OP for his coverage of the event. It's one the best ever done here on C5 so far IMHO. Excellent work! Thank you....!

lscamaro 11-08-2013 08:37 PM

The suspension may interchange with the v6. The engine pieces, pretty sure those won't.

jksynergy 11-08-2013 08:52 PM

CAI and the headers will be nice on our 1LE. YES Chevrolet, make all of this available!

Some suspension components could be possible, as well as some of the aero kit components.

As the man says.

Midnight Rat 11-08-2013 09:44 PM

These parts need to be available now, especially the cold air intake. Hope it won't be a year.

I want it all...the cai, the headers, brake ducks, if I knew you would of made available the suspension from a z/28 I would of wait longer before upgrading my 2010SS with the 1LE track pack.

The recaro Seats would be great if its an easy swap to do the the air bag sensor connector...at a reasonable price less then 3k for the pair.

The only thing not mentionned that would be great would be getting a performance tune for all these parts from GMPP.

Im sending you $500 right now by paypal for the K&N cai whats your account?
Bundle it with the headers for $800...
