No 93 Octane in California

Ok guys. The highest Octane sold at all Gas Stations in California apparently is 91 Octane. :iono:
There are a few that do sell 100 Octane.
My question is: If I were to put 100 Octane in my car, how many gallons should I put to get a 93 Octane Rating (or is that even possible)?
Thank you in advance.

Where did you find 100? I know, we get screwed... :(

tribone 08-27-2009 02:00 PM

Never mind guys. I found the calculator.

Back on topic...my buddy fills up his GSX-R there when he wants to shoot blue flames. That's how I new about the one in Covina.

Milk 1027 08-27-2009 02:52 PM

I wonder if my 74 can handle some 100............

Banshee 08-27-2009 03:16 PM

Reason for 91 in Cali. altitude.

You DO NOT NEED anything higher than 91 octane. The cost and use is a waste and you WILL NOT see any performance improvement.

Michael_Js 08-27-2009 03:34 PM

Cool! Just curious as I ain't gonna be spending $14 a gallon for 101 octane! :) My bike would benefit :))

tribone 08-27-2009 04:06 PM

Wow. Just put some on. :headbang:
I don't know if its a "performance improvement" or not, but it sure as hell feels a whole lot better.
