Camaro is NO muscle car.
Don't get me wrong I love my Camaro but can a muscle car be built in another country and still be considered a muscle car? I think the camaro is a sports coupe now. Let me get your thoughts on this.

Sports coupe is generally a 2 seater. Doesn't matter where it's built it's a gm/chevy and it's a muscular beast. It's big and mean and goes fast and it has it alot of HP well the ss's do. It's a muscle car a 21st century muscle car.

technically, sure. you're probably more right than wrong. but you will never be able to get people to stop calling it a muscle car....including me. its really simple...culture, heritage, history.

By definition, it is a sports car. Muscle Car is more of a term of endearment or affection since the nameplate is synonymous with muscle cars.
|
it's got a V8, goes fast, lots of room for power upgrades. Don't see why it matters.
|
um i would have to say muscle car just because
1. its a camaro 2. Heritage 3. HP (the definition of muscle) |

sorry, typing in the dark is not a good idea |
You have got to be kidding.:facepalm::facepalm:
Sorry, but even though assembled in Canada, it is from a North American Based Manufactruer, uses much content of "US Made" parts, and reflects the classic style and personna of the Camaro. Enhanced somewhat for Safety and Performance. Gee, the Mustang is built in a plant alongside Mazdas! You gotta get over some things. The World Economy and the way the Manufacturers conduct their business and engineering is nowhere near the way it was done inthe '60's. |
Its a muscle car on steroids.:chevy:
|
I hope Canadian's don't start calling it "Canadian Muscle".
