1st Annual Official Camaro5Fest (April 16-18, 2010)

Well guys I'm taking the trip to this event with my wife Rachael. It took a little bit (a lot:sm0:) of convincing but a think in the end it will be worth it. It is a First Big Event and looking back in a few years from now I do not want to say "We should of went"....... I'm not planning to do this every year..just this one time. I will be going to the other Local events IE: Oshawa..etc.
So with that said; I planned on leaving on the 14th Apr. AM..Drive 10-12 hrs. sleep in Hotel. Then drive the rest of the way to Valdosta GA..arriving at the Hotel on the 15th...this way we do not have to rush on the 16th. Or we can do it in 3 days if there is any single drivers....I'm open to other reasonable timings. We can also meet up with some other Members on the way down if possible. . Leaving back home on the 18th.
So far I think we are the only :canada: going :iono:. I'm going to try to find a big Canadian Flag and was wondering if someone has one or where to buy a not to Large flag. So any positive feedback will be appreciated since this is my first long trip in a car.

Please add to the list if your interested..

Hi Rick, it's Sue

I like to know: have you already made reservations at the hotel? If answer yes, tell me which one.

I think I can change my week of holiday for this one.

Hey,
I'm flying for sure (if I go) :happyanim:That's an adventure in itself and its too long for me in a car . I'll get antsy and pick up too many speeding tickets:mad0260:

Not to mention fatigue . I'm not as young as you boppers:sm0:

It sounds great. Hope I'll be able to go . Will know in February:cool::drinking::drinking::drinking:on the plane I'm not driving:thumbsup:

Thrillz 12-16-2009 04:35 AM

These are older guys, it could also mean they're going senile :yikes: :respekt:

Guys, you should really consider getting bras for your cars.... I think I'm going to order one over the winter.

Would'nt invisible bra be best so as to:
1 Not hide nose
2 Not have heat buid up ..paint discoloration due to black vynil bra in sun
:mad0260::cool:

Chris, this would be used for long distance driving only ( ie: OSHAWA 2010 run ), so no chance for paint fade. Heat build up :iono: Why would you be worried about heat, The grill is still open... The only thing you need to be sure of, is that your car is CLEAN before installing a bra.

Cmon! Canada must be represented at the event!!!
