Hello to whomever reads this. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on how to another 6th Gen SS. I have wanted one since i was a kid and after finally getting one last year in May this january a retaining wall decided to collapse on mine. Insurance payout wasn’t the best since the church claimed no fault and I am a broke college kid who can’t afford a 50k lawsuit. But all in all I would love to have the EXACT car that I did cus man these cars are amazing.

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry!!

I know you don’t want to file a lawsuit but have you sat down and talked to an attorney? If the retaining wall wasn’t the church’s responsibility it certainly was someone else’s. It could be the city/utility company’s. I’d have a serious look at what happened, and a good lawyer would take the case if they think it’s winnable. And you won’t be spending money out of pocket….. lawyers take their cut off the settlement or jury award.

As far as searching for another Camaro, you can try cars.com

Agreed, it seems worth pursuing a few "free consultations" to get some opinions.

Do an inventory search on Chevy's website. There are still few out there at dealerships.

To be honest, if that car is the same as your signature and from your post history of being at 75k miles in December. The car's hovering at $23k-$24k with that mileage. There are not many comps on cars.com but the few cars slightly above 75k miles are higher priced so maybe higher

There was negligence here. Too bad for you but hang tough and be persistent.

First of all, consult a lawyer, you can search on cargues.com for a good selection of cars out here. Good luck !

Lots of Camaros for sale but I would go see an attorney like others have mentioned. The church, city, or both might be held responsible. Best of luck to ya!!:)

Dang sorry for your loss. If all else fails file with your insurance and have them deal with the church/city.

We have a '23 ZL1 in town. It's a bit of a drive but worth it going home.

That's rough, I'm sorry to hear. I've fortunately never been in a situation like this, but why wouldn't insurance cover it? Just one more thing for me to be paranoid about
