He can't state his source as it may cause "issues". I think I was one of the lucky few who saw the first post you made.

My personal option is that this information is accurate.

klatterblast 03-10-2010 09:29 AM

what are you talking about i guess the z28 im having trouble this morning people are being lazy and not typing enough full words and sentences for there posts to make sense.

How are these statements any different or less potential professionally damaging than the original? Loose lips sink ships

St33lsinger 03-10-2010 09:37 AM

Alot can happen in a year

klatterblast 03-10-2010 09:42 AM

Apex Motorsports 03-10-2010 01:24 PM

Looks like my crystal ball is accurate. Late 2011 as a 2012 model. 45th Anniversary Z-28, the greatest Camaro ever produced.

Miketebo22 03-10-2010 01:37 PM

I want it!

brandotron 03-10-2010 01:39 PM

This is good news.

Me too. I'm all about getting one of these "drive shafts" as soon as they're available.

I think i missed something...
lol

CamaroSpike23 03-10-2010 05:44 PM

installing a Z28 driveshaft on an SS camaro adds eleventy billion horsepower.

jk.

seriously tho... this is entertaining news.

That "late 2011" rumour should be sunk, mainly because it's stupid. Who would release a friggin 556hp RWD car in friggin winter? Gimme a friggin break!

It's summer 2011 just like the Camaro SS/V6s.

Not to sink your ship, but their is a couple of things. First, this is GM, not all of their ideas are great ones. Second, I took a vist a local Cheverolet dealership(Tatly Cheverolet Morris, Il) couple weeks ago. They informed me that they will be releasing the Convertible Camaros in the time frame of October. Around here, October doesn't always have the best weather. So, what does that tell you?

Well the 2010s came out in March. Honestly, I don't care when the Z comes out, as long as its out in front of my house a couple months after production begins.

you do realize that for decades, the new years model would hit the showroom floors in Sept. of the previous year. with the camaro (and a lot of cars this day and age), they started production a little early. 2010 camaro for sale in Mar of 09.... speaking of which.... isnt it about the anniversary of the 2010 camaro production start date?

The date for the Camaro's release was March 16th, 2 days after my wedding. I will probably be buying the 2nd model year of this generation. :confused0068:

To make things weirder, my fiancée's birthday is September 29th. In 1966, that was the release of the 1967 Camaro. :confused0068:

My birthday, April 10th, this year is the last day to order a 2010 Camaro. :confused0068:

When I lived in college with my wedding's best man, we lived in apartment F5. Is the Camaro not like a 5th F-body? :confused0068:

I was meant to drive a Camaro. :chevy:

wadesamdad 03-10-2010 10:37 PM

I don't care when it comes out. I have not purchased the 2SS/RS because I always hoped they would release the Z28. It WILL be mine.

Camaro_Corvette 03-11-2010 08:33 AM

Sounds like good news:thumbsup:
