What did you buy at the C5F?

I was surprised by the quantity of vendors at the fest. I purchased a CAI kit from Jannetty Racing. They sold all 25 kits in stock.

What did you buy?

hrpiii 04-22-2010 08:18 AM

RotoFab, and some cool stuff from AAC/LED's.

#1cowboyfan 04-22-2010 08:18 AM

I also bought CAI kit from Janetty

Jamie Mac 04-22-2010 08:38 AM

First trip through I was good. I only bought rotofab to Magnuson tube, radio skin, windshield sticker and calander. My mistake was going through a second time. BMR trailing arms, toe rods, front and rear sway bars and lowering springs.

I bought a BMR strut tower brace - which doesnt fit. *Sad* But as soon as I got home I ordered the Barton pistol grip shifter and the lingerfelter pedals. :D

Scott@Bjorn3D 04-22-2010 08:52 AM

Why does it not fit? Have you called them?

C.A.I bought from Jannetty Racing and installed by also. T-shirt from MTI Racing. Footwell lighting, DRL Halos, PW13 LEDs for DRL, Interior, trunk, and license plate LED lights from AAC. Won a free Camaro hat from Thorton Chevrolet (A big thanks!).

Ordering parts from Showstoppers when I get the quote in.

I had plans for a few things but had to settle for the cosmetic part because of my situation on my wheels.

Of course I got hooked up by Defenderworx, but I bought the Porter Cable polisher and all the stuff I need from Adams.

Is this a mistake??? :D

I bought front and rear sway bars from BMR at the show and P13W lights from ACC at the host hotel.

I also bought a cheese burger and nachos for the wife from the track consession stand and we split a funnel cake from the icee booth.

That about sums up my CF5 purchases.

Damn, I had my heart set on those fenders!

I bought the gas cap cover and a couple other things from Defenderworx. I was hoping to buy some new exhaust but I have a V6 and unfortunately there weren't any cars on hand to demo the exhaust I was looking at buying.

HokieERVet 04-22-2010 07:14 PM

I bought the Adam's Porter Cable Polishing kit and an MTI shirt.
Would have gotten more but I'm a lowly V6'er:)

on a side note I thought all of the vendors were great and was really impressed with what was out there!

Sterling 04-22-2010 07:25 PM

I bought interior LED's from AAC and some Adams supplies.

I TOLD YOU NOT TO BUY IT!!!! but do you listen to me? no. lol

I waited too long in the day for a Jannetty CAI, they were sold out. Got some C5 Fest shirts and an awesome Camaro calendar. Talked to the fine folks at Showstopper as I purchased their LED mirrors. Junkman over at Adam's polishes sanded (yes, he used wet sandpaper) and polished a 6 inch streak of nail polish (don't ask) off my front end so I got some of their products at 50% off.

Oh, the snowcones were good - ice cold on a hot 85 degree day.

Bumming cause my daughter and I left the track at 6pm (after 9 hrs in the sun) so we missed the fireworks. We also weren't at the host hotel and no one was "hangin" in the parking lot at Holiday Inn Express. That was the only downside, but an awesome time none the less. Can't wait for C5Fest11 hope it's later in the year though (Summer instead of April to accomodate more folks' schedule).
