Any chance you have the axles on the wrong side ? there about .500 different, if your not sure with the car at ride height take the axle nut off the outer CV and push the CV into the hub. they should...

you would either need a SS front and the ZL1 back...

you would either need a SS front and the ZL1 back or an aftermarket shaft, the ZL1 has larger bolts so the front would not bolt up correctly if trying to use the entire ZL1 shaft.

its amazing how much they really move, the CV will work from 3" so you would be ok, i do have a special diff bushing that is better then the stock but not real hard like others if you want to try...

all cars are manufactured with tolerances, the Camaro seems to have more of a "loose" one. i would say 1 out of every 800 shafts will have to made a different length, im still not sure why this is....
