Simply put, no. Not without redoing everything and I don't think you could find a way to do it.

Sounds like smaller turbos, EFRs, or ball bearings are what you want. If you don't want to turn it...

Slipping isn't good. It will shred the belt which is never fun being stuck somewhere. Fix the slip or swap the bigger pulley on until you get it fixed.

True, and tr6 was the goto plug back when ls1/6s were going from low 300s to 450rwhp with a blower. Now cars are pushing 550-600 and it is the same old plug.

Yes I have, but boost is boost, not cylinder pressure. 10psi on a 427 with a efficient turbo setup can be 900rwhp. That is too hot. 10psi on a Maggie with a 376 is probably 600rwhp, ok with a 6...

Exactly, so turn it up to ~650rwhp like everyone else which would be 865rwhp or so. Even at 650 that isn't pushing it. That is like ~600rwhp or less with a blower as far as motor stress is concerned.

Your in Colorado. You aren't close to the motors limits. 670 is probably ~550 actual. When you get to 650-700rwhp actual you will be 800+ corrected.

Fuel pump/etc doesn't care about correction factor. Look at the sheet, it has a 33% correction. Actual power is ~589rwhp so fueling shouldn't be an issue with that setup.
