You are totally right! I could run the Halos off...

You are totally right! I could run the Halos off the existing headlight source, then have the marker trigger the HID using a feed from the headlight source. I don't even need the diode.

Not sure what you mean "pin out the pic".

It's basically two relays in series to create an "AND gate". I'm using the headlight output for the halos and as one of of the inputs to the AND gate....
