Also, I've found that if you ARE going to get an offer to pop up, it will do so within the first 10 or so refreshes... a couple times I sat there...

Got to make sure your computer doesn't block pop-ups! Otherwise you are doing the right things. Have you even had the 'Request a Quote' pop? If not, that is a good sign you are blocked.
