The springs are super easy to replace and install. We did mine in about 2 - 2 1/2 hours, and you won't need any spring compressor.

They're easy enough to swap out yourself, I bought BMR's 1" drop springs, and we installed them in about 2 hours. So, for the price of the srpings and getting the car aligned, not too bad.

I'm with Hemp on this one...never usually unplug my battery on mods. Only unplugged it when I did my cam.

I wished I had thought of using a steel rod instead, I just made sure everythimg was clean going in and out. Definitely keep the "steel" rod method for next time. But, soo far no issues here.

I'll have to disagree with you...since I tech with NHRA and go to quite a few races, most of the cars that we see on the track run Comp cams, and I will say, that we don't hardly ever see a cam break...

Your decel probably is just been magnified, the only way you'll get rid of it will be have it tuned out. My wife said NOT to tune ours out, she likes it.

There are a lot of GREAT ported TB's out there for way less expensive than $300. I went through Lethal for $150. Very pleased with the results.

How'd you go about mounting your coils to the valve covers? Do they just use the same holes as the coil brackets?
