I had the same problem with my Honda beater car, and it was a clogged cat choking the engine. Prob wouldn't occur like that on a car with dual exhaust, but just thought I'd mention it

Anyone know where I could find the neck down piece of the exhaust that mates the 3" cat outlet, to the 2.5" exhaust? Not sure what this is called or where I can purchase.
