you can try increasing the pressure to help stabilize... don't get crazy, as you can lose footprint.
you can try going wider on the rim... it will help stand the sidewall up to increase stiffness....

depending on the cc design, if it has a valve to drain, make sure it is closed. Other than that make sure your hoses are tight on the barbs -as mentioned.

Wouldn't hurt to take some sand paper to them... followed by brake cleaner. I think I read that on the Hawk instructions. Take you an extra 20 mins.
