I had the same problem with Dynatech headers. They were hitting the steering shaft and the only solution I found was to make a dimple in one of the pipes. I contacted Dynatech but they did not help...

I had to make a dimple on the pipe that was hitting the steering shaft. That was the only way I got the headers to fit.
