It has been confirmed by testing and Chevy that the SS definitely is a calculated number despite the fact that the sensor is a dual pressure/temperature sensor....

Note that the Oil Temps are estimated by computer algorithm. I've never been able to reconcile while the gauge and the obdii readings are not the same, but they are not, and sometimes one is higher...

For the ZL1, GM recommends diff fluid changes before first event, and every 24 hours of track time. If you did it once already, you are good to go for a bit.

GM doesn't have any recommendations...
