Need tire recommendation for F14 wheels

I have a set of F14's, they seem to be 20 x 9" fronts and 20 x 11" rears.
They have 275/40/20 fronts and 315/35/20 Nitto Invo tires.
the rear tires are bald at this point, and I'm going to need...

possibly the centering ring has slid away from the hub on the rotor.
here is a wheel with the ring in it.
the ring should be at the edge of the mounting face.
