I'm certain you'll get tire and fender rub/contact on hard cornering for the front. For the rear, at highway speeds you may also get contact when encountering long dips on the road surface....

Within the first month the control module for the rear axel was bad and the infotainment screen flickered. Both have been fixed. Except for rattling dash vents, no new issues.

Binko, if the aftermarket wheels in the Z51 style are the 18/19" diameters you now have on your Corvette you won't need new tires. I've had after market chrome wheels that held up well with care....
