Enkei only has RPF1 19x10 ET25 as far I can see, and no 19x11 or so available. It's close to 20-21 lbs as far as I know, though.

So you probably have lost some time due to lower confidence in the set-up, considering the lighter wheels and grippier tires (RS-3s compared to G:2s) should have let you cut a good chunk of time...

I need to reduce the engine oil temps, and my upgraded radiator is just not sufficient. At the same time, I don't want to abandon the OEM oil cooler, since it does a decent job of quickly warming up...

IIRC, KW coilovers' max height was listed as 0.7" below the stock height, so yes, it is possible for coilovers to not be as high as stock. I don't know about BC Racing coilovers' range, though.
