The camber and toe are not completely independent of each other so one effects the other.
If you lower the cradle one the left side you can get the bolt out easier.

looks like it might have just been over filled at one point, or the o rings in the bottom of the reservoir are seeping.

Clean it up with brake cleaner, and monitor it for further leaking.
