The offset is the same as the back wheels, and yes you can run them on the back. These were the factory fronts though, which means they were 1 inch narrower. You can run up to a 275 on the 8" wide...

there's more difference than just paddle shifters I believe. I'm looking for a new manual steering wheel and this fits the bill, but the thread color is wrong :(
