pump belt was frayed.

Order Type

Look at your workbench paperwork, page 1 bottom right section.
Look at the order type - It should say SRE Retail Sold.

If the dealer did not order the car as a sold order, I'd bet that it did not...

I would be cautious about using an oiled filter. These tend to screw up the MAF sensor readings, resulting in a check engine light.

Orders are pulled from Workbench once a week on Thursdays.
They are not in the mainframe unless pulled.
So if someone hits delete or the dealers system crashes it is possible to lose orders.
