Also, if you never get oil in it, then one, it might be installed incorrectly, or two your engine is sealed up nice and tight which to me is a good thing.

Dexos 2 is used for European vehicles in diesel and gas engines. So using it you would still be covered due to your location on the third rock from the sun. Dexos 1 is the main oil for North America.
