There's no way to "Remove" the scratches, just a way to hide the scratches. Just get something like Nu Finish scratch remover and make sure you wax it after.

I would guess no more than $400 + prep/installation charges. You get them from the dealer and you know it will be done right and with OEM equipment. Prices vary per dealer, but you might get lucky...

Unfortunately GM only covers against cosmetic "defects" and not damage. The only thing I would say to do is take it to the dealer and see what they can do, I don't know how long you've had your car...
