Anyone else have hard time getting a hold of Steve? No answer to emails, voice mails and phone calls.... Something going on? Vacation maybe? Or just really backed up?

looks good. But, your subwoofer box is not pushed all the way in. I am assuming that it is because they did not move the cables behind it up - as in the install instructions.
