Keeping the clutch in all the time puts unneeded...

Keeping the clutch in all the time puts unneeded pressure on your thrust bearing in the engine. That leads to thrust failures over time.

IIRC you went with the 28lb flywheel. How does it rev, quicker? Same? I would think its quite a bit faster with the revs since the 9 in clutch should reduce the MOI significantly.

There's a bunch of us 1le guys who have clutch problems. Sounds like centrifugal force acting on the clutch fingers is keeping it slightly disengaged.
